Terms & Definitions

Throughout this document and the Dropthought platform the following terms are used:

Surveyor. An Individual who sents out an survey to the participants via email or sms or weblink on behalf of Organization , Entity or Partners.

Participant Group. A collection of participants identified by a name used by the Surveyor in Dropthought Platform.

Participant. The recipient of survey, who provides their feedback.

Demo. An Integration environment provided by Dropthought Platform which offers a similar API experience to the production environment, but its purpose is to test the functionality via API Integration.
